What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and property address when you contact us by phone, text, email or our website.
• The messages you send us.
• If you send our website form: how you first reached our site (for example the search engine or ad you came from, and the page you landed on). Your browser remembers this for 30 days and sends it only with the form.
• Public property records about properties we may offer to buy.

How we use it

To answer you, make and discuss an offer on your property, and send you text messages you agreed to receive.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our text-messaging and email providers and the title company handling a closing), or when required by law.
